Just had new toilets installed in our 25-yr old home by Timothy Keller with Eco Plumbing and we’re so impressed! He showed up right on time, was super friendly, did the job perfectly, and left everything cleaner than he found it. Fair price, no fuss, and everything works like a charm! If you need a plumber you can actually trust, call them! We saved a little by purchasing our toilets beforehand and had them here at the house when he arrived. (Didn’t realize they already have a brand in stock they prefer to use, but he was okay about installing what we had already purchased.) All good to go!

Special shoutout to Andrew Hale for going above and beyond. Not only did we appreciate his professionalism, but the kindness of his heart. He went out of his way to share his similar situation we are going through. Words cannot describe the comfort this gave us. He is very knowledgeable about his trade and walked my husband through everything with our new AC. Thank you Andrew! He deserves a nice raise. Will recommend to everyone we know.

Called Eco on a whim when my normally preferred company couldn’t get us in.. I thought we just had a clogged drain that needed snaked.. Long story short, we had a collapsed fountain line which required tearing up my partially finished basement. They fixed the originally problem. We asked them to come back and rip the rest of the cast iron foundation lines out so we weren’t in this spot again.. We have nothing but great things to say about all the employees we dealt with from Jeremy W who came out to snake it , to Devaunghn B who gave us all the estimates and camera’ed the lines and lastly Hunter who did all the work of the repair. He was amazing, answered my questions and worked hard to leave the house in good condition. Ben came to help a few days too.. They were all very friendly and nice to our dogs too! The only thing I can’t comment on is their prices. We were in a bind on the original repair and needed it repaired quickly, we didn’t get any other estimates. We were satisfied with the work and felt like they did a good job. Would recommend them..

The guys from ECO that came out to install our new system was phenomenal. Rock star status in my book! Super professional, love the work they did, and left zero mess behind. I couldn't be happier with our purchase! The work was completed in record time the same day! - I woke up refreshed and feeling nice and cool at home today! It's in the 90's today.... THANK YOU SO MUCH!

Devonte was amazing! Super friendly and did a great job. Explained all the new components and went back over the warranty with me. Never made me feel like my house and new water heater was just a job for the day. I would definitely use this company again for other jobs around my house. Everyone I’ve dealt with were friendly, knowledgeable and never made me feel that my job was just another pay check for them.
