EcoFi Monthly Vacation Giveaway – Official Rules

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A purchase or payment of any kind will not increase your chances of winning.

1. Eligibility

The EcoFi Monthly Vacation Giveaway (“Sweepstakes”) is open to legal residents of Ohio and Kentucky who are 18 years of age or older.

Active EcoFi Advantage members are automatically entered into the Sweepstakes each month while their membership remains active.

Employees of Eco Plumbers, Electricians, and HVAC Technicians (“Sponsor”), along with their immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and household members, are not eligible.

2. Entry Period

The Sweepstakes is conducted monthly.

To be eligible for a given month’s drawing:

EcoFi Advantage memberships must be active as of the 25th day of the month.
Mail-in entries must be postmarked by the 20th day of the month and received by the 27th day of that month.

3. How to Enter

Automatic Entry: Eligible customers with an active EcoFi Advantage membership are automatically entered into each monthly drawing. No additional action is required.

Alternative Method of Entry (AMOE): No purchase or EcoFi membership is necessary to enter. To enter without becoming an EcoFi Advantage member, mail a 3″ × 5″ card containing your:

Mail-in entries must comply with the deadlines listed above.

4. Entry Limit

Limit one (1) entry per person, per month.

Individuals who are automatically entered through an active EcoFi membership may not submit an additional mail-in entry for the same month. Duplicate entries will be void.

5. Prize

Each month, four (4) winners will receive a vacation voucher.

Voucher is valid for two (2) years from the date of issue.
Voucher applies to accommodations only.
Travel, taxes, fees, gratuities, and incidental expenses are the responsibility of the winner.
Additional restrictions and booking requirements may apply.
Winners may indicate an initial preference for either a cruise or condominium stay, subject to availability through Destination Motivation.

6. Winner Selection and Notification

Four (4) winners will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the applicable month.

The drawing will be held on or about the 27th day of each month.

Winners will be notified by phone and/or email. If a winner cannot be contacted, declines the prize, or fails to respond within a reasonable period, Sponsor may select an alternate winner.

7. Prize Fulfillment

Prizes will be fulfilled by a third-party provider, Destination Motivation.

By accepting the prize, winners agree to have their contact information shared with Destination Motivation for the purpose of prize fulfillment.

Destination Motivation will contact winners directly to coordinate redemption and booking details.

8. General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity of the promotion, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion.

Sponsor is not responsible for:

Lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries
Technical or human error
Mail delivery delays or failures

9. Publicity

Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of a prize constitutes the winner’s consent to Sponsor’s use of the winner’s name, likeness, city, and state for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation.

10. Taxes

Winners are responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes associated with prize acceptance and use. If applicable, a tax form (including IRS Form 1099) may be issued.
