Nick and Jimmy did a wonderful job with the installation of a new furnace and AC units. They explained what they were doing and how everything should work. They also had to fix a crapy job done by another company at no extra charge. We highly recommend ECO and their fabulous team of technicians. Thanks Nick and Jimmy!

Very easy and quick scheduling- same day! David was fantastic. He stayed late on a Friday to make sure the leak was fully repaired and took the time to explain everything clearly. You can tell he’s a good guy who cares about doing the job right. Really appreciated his professionalism and dedication.

I would rate Anthony’s performance 6 out of 5 stars. He called ahead 30 minutes before his arrival . He was cordial, professional and knowledgable. His deliberate communication style and pleasant demeanor made him easy to talk and listen to. He explained the plan using examples that were relevant to my project. Once the installation was complete he invited my wife and I to examine the results as he went over what he’d done and ask for any question. He then removed the floor covering that he used to keep our floors and stairs clean, thanked and wished us well and took off. Robert Crowder was very polite, knowledgeable and professional. He immediately diagnosed my water heater issues with me next to him and made it easily understandable. Likewise, he laid out my options for resolving the problems he found without coming off as salesy or pushy. No pressure whatsoever. I was very impressed with his approach.

Thomas Ramthun from Eco Plumbers was absolutely amazing. He was efficient, professional, and extremely courteous while working in my home. He fixed a major issue where my A/C vents beneath an addition of my home had been completely torn apart by raccoons, and he handled it with skill and care from start to finish. Thomas took the time to explain the problem, walked me through the solution, and completed the work quickly and thoroughly. He treated my home with respect and made sure everything was done right. His professionalism and attention to detail truly stood out. I highly recommend Thomas Ramthun and Eco Plumbers for outstanding, reliable service.

Today, June 15, was our first time using Eco Plumbers. Their estimator, Bert, was absolutely fantastic to work with! We scheduled an appointment with them just a few hours ago. Their quick response is very impressive. We are having Eco install a new water heater (our very old one suddenly died yesterday) and do two other plumbing jobs later today. We are very pleased with them so far! I will update this review once everything is done. UPDATE later on June 15: Just a few hours after we met with Bert, another Eco employee, Isaiah, arrived with everything needed to do all of the work. What a great guy! Like Bert, Isaiah is super friendly. He worked very hard non-stop until all three jobs in our house were done: New water heater, new kitchen faucet fixture, and a new overflow cap in our bathtub. He did amazing work! Based on the 100% positive experience we had with Eco Plumbers scheduling process, then our very enjoyable conversations/interactions with Bert and Isaiah, and the quality of the products and work performed, we highly recommend Eco Plumbers. Definitely 5 stars out of 5! Update: On October 8, we had Eco back out for an estimate on some electrical work. Dylan did an excellent job explaining the work that needs to be done and explaining different options and amounts to do the work. Thank you Dylan!
