The technician who came out to evaluate our hot water tank was extremely polite, professional, and very knowledgeable. He took the time to clearly explain all of our options in a way that was easy to understand, without any pressure. He also helped coordinate a replacement and was able to get us scheduled for same-day service, which was a huge relief. I’m extremely satisfied with the level of customer service and support we received. This experience fully supports the company’s high ratings online, and I would absolutely recommend them to others.

Nolan was just a really nice guy. Very knowledgeable & helpful making a decision on how to move forward with our hotwater tank. He helped us through the entire process of financing. He answered all of our questions & gave us different options. Very polite & very friendly. I would highly recommend this company . They turned up just a couple hours after first call & we are getting the water heater the same day.

Nolan was very through and upfront with explaining the water heater install. I also had a water leak in another area of my home and again explained everything that needed to be done. Also very helpful in answering any questions I had. Very happy with the service.

No one WANTS to have to replace a water heater. But if you do...call Eco Plumbers. Nolan walked us through repair options as well as my requested upgraded replacement option. The technician came out and was very friendly. Talked to my husband the entire time, as well as explaining what was wrong in a way we would understand. He did not rush ANYTHING, was very thorough and even did above and bring to make sure our heater didn’t have other issues at hand.
