Let me start by saying that when Donnie pulled up he was already assessing problems that needed to be addressed. FIRST: Digging next to my porch could cause structural issues. Right away, he called his boss and they came up with a plan. I agreed it was an excellent plan. NEXT: Our home is over 100 years old. The utilities were all laid in the same trench. Therefore he was being very careful about the other utilities while digging the trench. Unbeknownst to us, the permit for the easement was not applied for. This was an oversight on the office end, but not intentional as it was added to the quote. That was actually a blessing and I DO NOT recommend bypassing. The city drove by and asked what was going on. Donnie explained the situation. Miamisburg inspected the work and realized that my huge old tree had completely clogged the line UNDER the street. So having my lines replaced would eventually backflowed into my basement because of the tree. Again, a plan was hatched to fix this next issue. All this is to say that I highly recommend ECO. Donnie and his crew were very respectful of our property. He explained everything that was being done.

Wyatt is a very intelligent young man. We thought the electric outlet for the dishwasher was defective, so we could not run the dishwasher. Wyatt checked the electric cables thoroughly and told us the switch for the outlet was turned off !! He later explained the advantage of yearly membership with Eco and we are sold. The membership is more than reasonable. We feel Eco employs very competent professionals like Wyatt. We hope to make this our go-to company. ( P.S.: We were not charged. This is the first business that did not charge for the trip or resolving the problem. Unmatched ! )

Eco technician installed our new dryer and it was the most pleasant experience. Our technician was professional, personable, and most importantly made us feel confident about installing our gas dryer. He even switched the way our door opened once we noticed it was opposite to our liking. We were very impressed with his skills and how he checked to make sure there was no escaping gas. We are very happy with our installation and would highly recommend this company. Excellent job, very well done.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
