Nathan Bowling was a life saver! Literally saved our lives! He not only fixed both of our toilets! He found the leak from the upstairs bathroom pipe that was going onto our water heater and prevented a future fire! He was definitely a God sent! Started off with fixing the basement toilet, then found the leak, fixed the upstairs toilet, and set up our appointment for the new water heater! Which he actually came back the next day and installed it himself as well! Not only was Nathan a God sent, we needed a new toilet and he followed us to Home Depot, because my car with the 3 kids in it, and my trunk wasn’t big enough to fit it in! He followed us and put the toilet into his truck! Was just nice, informative, professional, and respectful! We’re so blessed to have had Nathan in our lives! Thank God, Nathan, and Eco! Had the pleasure of letting Eco come out to my home to replace a water heater. Within an hour they had a technician out to take the old one out and install a brand new one. They were also able to finance and offer a loan with payment options. I highly recommend ECO and after my experience today I plan to tackle the rest of my plumbing, my furnace, and any other issues in the future with them. Joseph Kraft was a phenomenal representative and very personable, friendly, and had a great sense of humor.

Joseph arrived on time and was very courteous during the appointment. He installed our new tankless water heater in less time than I was initially told the install would take. He cleaned up the area after he completed the job. He was able to walk me through how the new system operates. I will definitely be using Eco Plumbers in the future and highly recommend them. Laura M
