Amazing service all the way around! Help us with price options, very flexible and just lots of character behind the workers. We will be call eco again if we have any other issues in our house first! Robert helped us get started and helped make sure we were getting our house ready!

I had a problem with water pipes banging violently and randomly. I called ECO and DeLonn was dispatched to my home. DeLonn quickly (after some questions and diagnosing) found my problem - a bad PRV valve. He gave me several options and explained the pros and cons of each. I went with a new valve and accumulator tank, the original tank was good (for now). One less thing to worry about. Also, my wife and I have been looking for a water treatment set up for our home, Pickerington has some very hard water. DeLonn showed us several different ones AND explained what they do and how they work. I asked a lot of questions and he answered each one respectfully. I know who to call when I have any other plumbing needs in the future, ECO and DeLonn!

We needed a shower repair that quickly became more than I could handle individually. I reached out to Eco and they were able to send Jason out within hours (I am an EcoFi member). He was able to assess the situation and worked with us for the best solution for our family. He was knowledgeable, kind, and left our bathroom clean and tidy. Would call again if I had additional plumbing needs!

Keith did an absolutely wonderful job! He arrived sooner than expected and immediately diagnosed the problem with my HVAC system. Once we went to the outside unit, he knew exactly what was wrong. He gave me a little tutorial on it and fixed it with a smile on his face. He even went the extra mile to hose off the unit to make sure the airflow was as good as it possibly could be. It was a pleasure to work with him, even though he did all the work! 😆 A definite five-star experience from start to finish and I'll definitely be using them again for any of my plumbing, electrician, or HVAC needs 🙂
