At first I called multiple local businesses to try and support local and find the best pricing after my hot water went out on the weekend. I was quoted by multiple small businesses at 300+/hour just to come out and take a look before even fixing it due to “weekend” and “emergency” surge pricing. I called Eco and they were willing to send Robert out to take a look the same day for a free consultation, and I am extremely happy I went with them.
It was immediately apparent why Robert is the highest reviewed technician at Eco. He was extremely personable and very knowledgeable about everything. He explained everything he was doing while working, and took it one step further by explaining how I could save $ here/there as a homeowner versus hiring plumbers in the future. He took time out of his day to go ahead and even explain some unrelated concerns I had brought up. He continued by laying out the pros and cons of legitimately every choice possible, and gave phenomenal feedback. I did not feel pressured whatsoever, and it felt as if he was genuinely looking out for my family’s best interests. He remembered all of my family members names and said bye to everyone while leaving, which is just a level of professionalism not often seen anymore.
I can not recommend Robert from Eco enough. He said he’s been with the company for 10 years now, and I would’ve thought he’s been doing it for 30 with how knowledgeable he was. I hope Eco is compensating him adequately because he certainly deserves it. I will certainly continue giving my business to them thanks to Robert.
