Parker was very pleasant to talk to. He came in, reviewed the project, asked if I had any questions about the job he was going to do? He laid down a drop cloth roll from my door, down the stairs and over to his worksite. Afterwards, Parker brought his tools and supplies in, then went to work. Parker was very thorough. He cleaned up to the point where I kept saying I'll get or do that. Parker didn't listen 🤣 I liked his workmanship and his work ethics. If I did plumbing work again, I'm definitely calling Eco. If I can, I'm going to request Parker. Good job Parker and Eco.

Nick and Jimmy did a wonderful job with the installation of a new furnace and AC units. They explained what they were doing and how everything should work. They also had to fix a crapy job done by another company at no extra charge. We highly recommend ECO and their fabulous team of technicians. Thanks Nick and Jimmy!

After our furnace stopped working over night during Snowmageddon 2026 and our house temperature plummeted to 49 degrees. My family had a rough night. I called ECO just after 7:00 am the next morning. I was able to schedule an appointment, and our Tech, Michael, was at our house by 8:30 am!! He took his time diagnosing the issue, presented us with options, left to get the part, had another sales rep, Adam, show up while he was gone to go over new system options. Michael returned, replaced the part, made sure everything was working again, and then stayed and answered my questions and gave his opinion on our options. We signed up for the maintenance plan, and really appreciated the option to use the cost of the part towards a new unit in the future. Really appreciated Mike’s promptness in getting to us and helping us. Really appreciated his expertise and candidness in answering my questions. Also appreciated Adam coming out and presenting me with additional purchase options. I’m not a fan of the prices of the parts, but that has nothing to do with the work both Michael and Adam provided. Thank you again!

We had a leak from our water heater and Eco came out right away. Nolan was the first to arrive and quickly diagnosed the issue — he was super knowledgeable, courteous, and professional. The next day, Dzhaudat installed our new water heater and did an awesome job! He was friendly, hardworking, and efficient. He even helped me carry in a few packages that were delivered while he was here. Couldn’t ask for better service. We highly recommend Eco!
